Overview

As always, we've been incredibly busy! Today we're releasing the v1.3.0 update for transferable Companions, Shoulder Pets and Gifts / Decor! This update opens the new Dragoos Market area of the site as well as the Account Area and Ticket System. Behind the scenes I've also implemented new Staff tools to help our Team better help the community. As I've stated recently, the updates to the site are essential to the upcoming Breedables. This puts us closer to the finish line. So we're all truly excited to finally see this part done and released. To get the update, you can visit the Dragoos area of the main region and touch one of the Update vendors. Look for the scroll notice boards around the Dragoos area. These are the vendors. You only need one since everything in the box is copyable. In case you missed the last Dev Update, below are some details about the new features of this update.

New Companions Menu

The new Companions menu allows you to do things like set the Name of your Dragoo and display it in Hovertext, List or Unlist your Dragoos on the new Dragoos Market, switch Animations as well as update your Dragoos to the lastest possible version. We've also introduced a new button called "Uplift". We all have days where we're not feeling 100% and need some motivation. The Uplift button will give you a random motivational message to help lift your spirit. I hope this helps brighten your day!

Dragoos Market

This update introduces the Dragoos Market page of the website. This is where you'll list your Dragoos for the community to see as well as be able to search and shop for items that have been listed. For now, the Market will only show Companions, Shoulder Pets and Static Decorations. But of course, as soon as the Breedables are launched, you'll see a tab for the Breedables as well as any other transferable items like Consumables, Crafting Ingredients, Crafted Items, etc. Keep in mind the Market is far from perfect, but it will evolve and be improved over time. If you're looking for a specific Dragoo, you'll no longer need to ask in the groups, you can just check here. The same goes for those wanting to sell. Below is a screenshot of how the Market and items look.

Account Area

Users will now have access to the Account Area of the website where you'll be able to login and submit a Support Ticket or track the progress on the existing Tickets. For now the Account Area will be limited, however this will eventually be your Dashboard for all things Dragoos related. Which means you'll be able to see and track your Tickets, Quests, see all of your Dragoos, access your Virtual Inventory, see your Stats, and more. Below is a screenshot of how this area looks.

Support Tickets

The Support Ticket system will allow you to submit and track the progress of Support Tickets. The system also has an in-world notification system. So when your Ticket changes status or receives a response from Staff, you'll get a notification in-world notifying you of the change along with the URL to see the Ticket. We've done our best to make this system as intuitive and informative as possible. Again, it's not perfect, but it will improve. Below is a screenshot of how a Support Ticket currently looks.

What about non-transferable Dragoos?

We're working on an upcoming update to add the same features to non-transfer Companions, Shoulder Pets and Gifts / Decor. The only difference is that the menu for these items wont allow you to list them on the Dragoos Market.

Guides

We'll be working on a new Guides section of the website to give Users a place to find the latest Guides for Companions, Shoulder Pets, Decor and of course.. the upcoming Breedables. Rather than constantly updating Notecards, this will be an easier way for us to get accurate information to Users based on the latest changes to products.

Final Thoughts

Again, this is all an important step forward towards the finish line for the Breedables. I'll keep working hard and pushing forward to finally getting us there. Thanks again for all of the love and support from our amazing community! We're going to get there!
